365BOOKSPRO's main services were bookkeeping which later became a successful venture, and the business was profitable. In 2017, the company added taxes, payroll, and accounting solutions to offer for small business in the local area of National Harbor.
Later in 2018, the company was sources to recruit for many clients as they began to outgrow our services, we started to offer the recruiting and staffing service to Enterprises and company's larger than ten million in gross sales. The company's profitability remained over 10% year over year and maintained a well balance and consistent book of clients.
365BOOKSRO continues its effort in growing its commercial and government business. The company recently holds its EDWOSB, WOSB and 8(a) set asides.

Melanie has 10+ years of experience helping small to medium size businesses with their accounting and bookkeeping. Leading service efforts for Technical Government DCAA & FAR Compliance, Accounting & Bookkeeping Business Financial Advisory Solutions, Recruiting & Staffing. In addition to having her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting, she is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper, QuickBooks Specialist from Universal Accounting, and a Professional Tax Preparer.
She is devoted to providing the best quality financial services to our clients and enjoys helping businesses succeed along the way. She is a true profit and growth expert at heart. When not in the office, Melanie is at the mountains hiking with her rescued dogs Penny and Tolson.
Matt is the Chief Operating Officer for 365BOOKSPRO. He is responsible for customer acquisition and growth strategy focused largely within government contracting, State & local agencies, Federal, & professional service industries. Matt is devoted to his clients growth strategy & planning efforts helping them succeed every step of the way.
USMC Veteran with Over 16 years of Military experience & in government contractor space. B.A Business Management. On his off time he enjoys many outdoor activities such as; snowboarding, downhill biking, hiking & automotive racing. With a strong emphasis of solid relationships with family and friends.
